I have played ultimate frisbee competively for over 5 years (and other sports since I was 4) with some outstanding players. Although I have become very good at the sport, I have recently discovered many ways that my form has been awful. In my experience, form is rarely if ever taught, yet in my experience it can have a profound effect. If you have good form, then you can play better and more consistently, improve faster, and be less prone to injury.

This site contains the best techniques I have discovered (mostly through extensive experimentation and self-analysis) for many aspects of Ultimate Frisbee. None of this is purely theoretical, I have experienced first-hand everything on this site. Most of this was novel to me, even after years of playing, so I recommend you peruse the sections even if you think you know one of the subjects well.
